\\n The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various digital marketing initiatives including Rieter\\xe2\\x80\\x99s online presence, SEO, email marketing, SoMe and product campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and apply them to drive business results.

Your Tasks

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media and campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with the product managers and group marketing teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, including posts, videos, infographics, and other types of visual content
• Support the organization and management of events and product trainings for front sales, agents and customers
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to manage the marketing tools
• Support VP Marketing with planning and organization of strategic initiatives and deliverables including data analysis, processes and workshops
• Support with various sales initiatives including organizing workshops, process mapping and customer events

Your Profile

• University degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent
• Over 5 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in B2B marketing and business development in machinery or textile industry
• Proficiency in English
• Broad knowledge of MS Office, CRM and Marketing tools like CMS
• Textile industry know-how is a great advantage
• Strong in creative solution finding and implementation
• Self-starter and independent mindset
• Excellent writing and copy-editing skills
• Strong affinity for technical topics and digital marketing
• Detail-oriented personality with an eye for design
• Very good organizational skills and ability to work harmoniously across silos and under time pressure
