Marketing Associate

Primary Job Function:

Accountability for insights and marketing excellence external budget, travel management, presentation preparation and specific project coordination.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Team support on market research, analytics, launch excellence, capability projects as required.

Follow up on brand websites local launches in collaboration with digital team: planning, project.

Managing budget for Insights and Marketing Excellence follow up on monthly and quarterly spending.

Registration of providers, contract and PO generation and follow up of payments.

Suggest optimization improvements to Management and coordinate the change and adjustments constructively.

Event management for meetings/events.

Work tightly on multi-countries projects, monitor activities, timelines, and costs, implement suggestions and coordinate with other departments.

Supervisory tasks: guarantee a smooth adjustment to the job of new employees.

Travel management and expenses for directors

Assistance in preparing and coordinating presentations.

Coordinates and maintains departmental files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and government regulations.

Minimum Education:

University degree in business administration or equivalent

Minimum Experience/Training Required:

5 years experience in business administration

2 years experience in digital projects management
