We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Commercial Specialist to ensure smooth interactions with healthcare professionals and private customers. This role focuses on managing inquiries and orders, handling complaints and returns, and maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM system. You will communicate in German and French, collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales and Marketing, and act as a key point of contact for efficient order processing and customer support.

Please note this is an 80% capacity, temporary maternity-cover position for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
What you will do:
Provide professional customer support to healthcare professionals and private customers via phone and email.
Handle inquiries, process orders, and manage complaints or returns accurately and promptly. Communicate in German and French to ensure clear and effective customer interactions.
Record all customer interactions and order details in the CRM system (MS Dynamics 365), maintaining compliance and data integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth order processing and timely responses.
What you need for success:
Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV or Handelsschule) or equivalent business education.
Strong command of German with good proficiency in French and English.
Basic experience working with databases and eagerness to work with data.
Previous experience in customer service or internal sales is considered an asset.
Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
