We offer an exciting position within the area of international Sales and Export. We need a structured profile with a strong interest in the Swisspearl product portfolio.
The Marketing Manager International bridges the needs of international markets (North America, Middle East, North Africa etc.) with Group Marketing and Product Management. This role ensures that tailored marketing materials and communication channels are professionally executed to support business development in high-potential markets.
You are an experienced Marketing profile and have previous experience from a Group Marketing department, and wish to enter the world of Swisspearl product systems, to support the execution of the Sales and Export roadmap.
Within the area of Sales and Export, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, ensuring consistent communication and materials, and a general range of tasks:
Tasks

• Serve as the main liaison between Working Environment & Infrastructure, Group Marketing, and Product Management.
• Represent International in Group Marketing meetings.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials and sales tools tailored to international markets.
• Ensure all relevant product documents are available in English and published on the Swisspearl Global website.
• Draft and distribute marketing and product updates to distributors.
• Manage printing and distribution of brochures, color charts, price lists, and other literature.
• Handle exceptional distributor sample requests.
• Manage the Info mailbox.
• Review and support partner websites for Swisspearl content.
• Develop materials for events and exhibitions.
• Maintain International presence on Swisspearl social media channels.
• Collect reference projects for the Swisspearl Magazine.
• Uphold the corporate design identity across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in construction or industrial materials, or a quick learner.
• Experience in international or Group Marketing roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination abilities.
• High quality awareness and a structured, reliable, and proactive work style.
• Good understanding of B2B markets and digital tools.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
• English proficiency at business level. Good knowledge of German would be an advantage and any other language is a plus.
