Your Role

We are looking for a

Marketing Manager

who will lead our marketing strategy and guide the company's brand direction. In this role, you will:

Develop and implement the company's

marketing strategy

and yearly operational plans Shape and strengthen the

brand image, mission, and vision

Lead

social media activities

in collaboration with our social media specialist Plan and coordinate company presence at

expos, exhibitions, and travel markets

Manage and guide a small creative team (designers, social media manager, etc.), delegating tasks and ensuring timely delivery

Requirements

Fluency in

English

(other languages are a plus) Strong

experience in marketing

within the

travel and tourism industry

Excellent knowledge of

Switzerland

as a destination Proven experience in

strategic planning

and

team management

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment
