Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement
global marketing initiatives
for the assigned product portfolio, including new launches.
Deliver
practical, marketing and sales-oriented assets
that enable commercial success of the sales force.
Oversees the
strategy, process, and delivery of global product marketing content and assets
for the specified product portfolio, including new launches.
Collaborate h
and in hand with Global Product Management
, local marketing sales, Regulatory, Legal, Training and Events, to ensure alignment and execution.
Engage with markets and local sales teams
to integrate product expertise into campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor marketing campaigns
for the product portfolio, including new launches, and lead selected communication projects based on agreed KPIs.
Job Requirements:
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:
University/business degree, with an experience in B2B marketing
Business mindset with a strong drive for achieving results
Excellent written and spoken English, other languages appreciated
Know how within strategic marketing and communication campaigns
Minimum 5 years of working experience within marketing and/ or product management
Experience within the dental or medical field is an advantage
Experience in creating and executing communication campaigns
Experience in project management with cross-functional teams
Experience in multi-channel content creation
Soft skills :
Business mindset and structured personality that connects sales and marketing goals in the same picture
Customer centricity: Strong ability to think customer to drive journey and creative briefs
Pro-active, agile and curious to learn and develop new projects
