YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a passionate Marketing Operations Project Manager to

  • Contribute to Vacheron Constantin Marketing and Communication activation coherence in markets
  • Lead creativity and excellence for all marketing activations implementations driving in all possible ways the cohesiveness and consistency of Maison strategy and executions across markets
  • Lead with Marketing Operations Manager to implement the Maison Communication Strategy in Markets
PLAYING YOUR PART
  • You drive Marketing Operations and cohesiveness of Maison strategy and marketing activities across markets, collections, and key sales periods of our Maison
  • You manage the Strat Plan for these markets and maximize budget efficiency throughout the year
  • You follow up on projects with the Marketing Operations Manager on the global marketing operations organization and collaboration with other HQ departments
  • You run alongside the Marketing Operations Manager the development and implementation of toolboxes and best practices sharing with markets (toolboxes distribution and explanations) as well as the toolbox evaluation process
  • You lead the development update of the Marketing Activations calendar, HQ News, and Maison's Online Content Marketing Platform for External Partners
  • You independently manage market calls and follow-ups with HQ or market counterparts
  • You coordinate Heritage, Les Collectionneurs, Spokesperson agendas, and related activation with markets
  • You run the research of new client recruitment activities
  • You follow up on the global executions and best practices reports
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require
  • Master's degree and 5+ years in Operational Marketing (luxury/watchmaking preferred) with international experience
  • Strong understanding of 360 marketing, strategic thinking, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of picture library management is a plus; fluent in English and good in French
  • Solution-driven, organized, proactive, and able to work transversally with stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, client-oriented, with excellent communication and intercultural skills
