• Swiss lawyer, post qualified legal experience in private M&A at a law firm or as in-house legal counsel in a large international company environment
• Pragmatic experience in a significant variety of corporate legal matters, M&A and commercial, regulatory, contractual negotiations and corporate governance
• Experience or activities in a financial institution or law firm with an international approach advantageous
• High flexibility and motivation, and the ability to work well under stress complete your profile
• Ability to quickly grasp legal and business issues and provide tailored legal advice and counsel in plain language
• Excellent communication (written and oral in German and English) and interpersonal skills along with effective research & analytical skills
