MATUPRO SWISS IMEX (12 MONTHS, STARTING AUGUST 2025)

This position will be based in Geneva for a duration of 12 month.

YOUR TEAM




Attached to the Deputy CEO, the Swiss IMEX (Immobilier d'exploitation) department covers different business and services of the bank. Its mission is to ensure the proper functioning of related services. With its diverse expertise, the Imex department plays a vital role across multiple business sectors including IT, procurement, finance and more.

YOUR WORK DAY




As an intern in the IMEX department, you will :


Support on the process of supplier offers
Support on the control of access rights and on safety and security tasks
Support of monitoring the tool referencing Imex's material
Participates in the inventory of furniture's and works of art
Assist in the follow up of the different budget lines of the department
Contribute to projects of the department
Help to maintain information up to date on the travel pages and IMEX pages
Assist in the process of the renewal of train half fare cards
Help troubleshoot on travel requests

YOUR PROFILE




We are looking for someone who is :


CFC d'employe de commerce ideally in a bank environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
Multi-tasking, analytical, detail and client-oriented, eager to learn
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Fluent in French; basic knowledge of English required, and other languages is a bonus
