\\nJOB DESCRIPTION:

Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD) is focused on a growing portfolio of high-quality, affordable, branded generic medicines that been successfully treating patients for many years. We are currently sourcing applications of an MBA Internship opportunity in EPD, to be based in our offices in Basel, Switzerland. This is a 6 month MBA internship.

Core MBA Internship Responsibilities:

• Project management support initial execution of new product launches in Biologics / Biosimilars space across Emerging Markets. This will be handled in conjunction with Portfolio Expansion and Strategy Team in Chicago as well as other key relevant functional areas

• Create all necessary analytics and KPIs to track progress of the project on the initial product/molecules
• Define Global project plans for each of product launch, defining key milestones and timelines to be achieved to ensure successful and on-time launch dates. Coordinate and agree these timelines with respective functions
• In conjunction with Insights team, consolidate all Market data and analytics and define the way to track all market data, patient flows, market penetration, etc
• Together Regulatory team and market access, provide support and necessary inputs and coordination to consolidate Priority product/Markets, launch sequence to provide such priorities to the function for a successful launch execution
• Provide Global project management support to markets and regions
• Coordinate with Portfolio Expansion and L&A to support analytics and Business Case creation for other potential deals in negotiation
• Create a monthly tracking of progress and reporting templates to senior management

Through this assignment, the intern will develop and structure our launch project plans for our future Biosimilar business model.

Qualification & Previous Experience

• Currently studying MBA in internationally recognized school
• 1-3 years of corporate experience preferable
• Relevant project management experience
• Previous work experience market insights, analytics, New product launches would be desirable.
• Fluent English Speaker
• Experience with cross functional teams \\xe2\\x80\\x93 Working in a matrix structure
• Long term interest in working in the healthcare sector.
• Familiar with MS Office \\xe2\\x80\\x93 PowerPoint, Excel & Word
