We are looking for a Media Relations Lead Coordinator to drive our global public relations initiatives. You will play a key role in the deployment of international PR campaigns and the coordination of high-impact media activation.

As Media Relations Lead Coordinator, you will:

Lead the implementation of global PR activations, ensuring consistency and excellence across all regions. Coordinate launch-related press events and support local markets with tools, content, and strategic guidance. Manage PR budgets, ensuring transparency, accurate forecasting, and responsible allocation of resources. Consolidate global campaign data and reporting documents, including the monthly press book and annual review. Support designated spokespeople through interview preparation, media briefings, and training when needed. Organize immersive press visits (e.g. to the manufacture, Musee Atelier) in collaboration with hospitality teams. Manage incoming media inquiries and requests, upholding a responsive, respectful, and brand-aligned approach. Supervise the production of visual press materials with internal creatives and external agencies, ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications


You are a confident communicator and thoughtful listener, skilled at navigating different audiences and cultural contexts. You express yourself fluently in both English and French, written and spoken. You have excellent organizational skills, even during busy and stressful periods. You have a previous experience in communication, ideally within the watchmaking industry, which is a significant advantage. You are proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven. You operate with integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership for your scope.
