Medical Governance Manager (Hybrid Role)

Key responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

Responsible for completion of certification of materials (Copy Approval) for release to use in Switzerland

Develops and implements Management Monitoring plan for the Medical Department

Performs independently Management Monitoring\\xe2\\x80\\x99s (MM) according to schedule and report results

Ensures MM related to key medical processes in Swiss LOC can be executed by organizing meetings and supporting Business Owners in judgement of findings and writing reports/defining CAPA\\xe2\\x80\\x99s

Ensures the LOC is prepared for Medical Department independent business monitoring reviews, internal audits, and inspections, providing support and advise as required

Supports the business by answering questions related to medical governance / scientific engagement and local regulations

Promotes together with the other members of the Medical Governance team a value-bases compliance culture trough communication and training initiatives

Works closely with the European Governance team

Takes over management of projects

Why you?

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Master degree ( Life science, pharmacy, quality management )

2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry (governance, copy approval or compliance)

Knowledge of the Swiss pharmaceutical environment

Project Management capabilities

Proficiency in English, German language skills required, additional skills in French are of advantage

Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
