YOUR ROLE

As a

Senior Mendix Manager

, you will lead the delivery of Mendix-based solutions for our clients, driving digital transformation through rapid application development. You will manage teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of scalable, maintainable, and business-critical applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

------------------------

Lead Mendix project delivery from design to deployment

Define architecture and development standards for Mendix applications

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Manage and mentor Mendix developers and junior consultants

Ensure quality, performance, and compliance of delivered applications

Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution proposals

Stay up to date with Mendix platform updates and best practices

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in Mendix development and architecture

Proven track record of leading Mendix projects end-to-end

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Experience with integration (REST, SOAP, databases, SAP, etc.)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Mendix Advanced or Expert certification preferred

Fluent in English; German and/or French are a strong asset

5+ years of experience in Mendix development and architecture

Proven track record of leading Mendix projects end-to-end
