We currently have a vacancy for a

Microsoft 365 Consultant

fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely (within EU). In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team.

Your tasks



Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, Copilot); Manage device and endpoint configurations using Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms; Implement and enforce security, compliance, and governance policies; Enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity through integrated Microsoft 365 solutions; Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal IT staff and end users; Assess current Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, policies, and integrations; Evaluate existing device management and endpoint security practices; Identify gaps in governance, compliance, and automation; Engage stakeholders to determine user experience and service improvement needs; Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive; Manage user identities, access control, and licenses through Entra ID and Azure AD; Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot; Implement and maintain security features such as MFA, DLP, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint; Oversee device and MFP (Multi-Function Printer) service management; Enhance governance models, compliance policies, and reporting frameworks; Monitor system performance, user activity, and service health; Generate reports on adoption, compliance, security incidents, and usage; Provide technical support and serve as escalation point for complex issues; Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and FAQs for IT staff and users; Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to strengthen internal Capacity; Stay informed on Microsoft roadmap developments and best practices; Recommend and implement service and process improvements; Assessment and recommendations report on Microsoft 365 and device management; Updated configuration and governance documentation; Implemented optimization of Microsoft 365 tenant and endpoint environments; Support and follow-up on users' issues and requests; Documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and selfhelp resources; Final report with recommendations for sustainability and continuous improvement.

Requirements



Master's degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years; Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in IT systems administration, cloud platform management, or digital workplace technologies; Proven experience managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID; Extensive experience with endpoint and device management using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot; Strong background in IT security, compliance management, and governance frameworks; Experience developing or improving IT service delivery models and automation processes; Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and governance; Experience with Defender for Endpoint; Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access management; Experience with Microsoft Security and Compliance Center configuration; Experience with Data governance and reporting within M365; Experience with Endpoint configuration, patch management, and security; Experience with Automation and PowerShell scripting; Knowledge of networking fundamentals and hybrid cloud integration; Prior experience with an international organization is a strong asset; The following certificates are required: Microsoft Certified Expert in M365 Productivity or Security, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate or equivalent, ITIL Foundation certification preferred; Excellent command of the English.
