Job Description

Job Title: Microsoft Purview Senior Expert

Tool: Microsoft Purview

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

Lead the transition from Broadcom DLP to Microsoft Purview, ensuring seamless migration and integration. Design, implement, and enhance data governance and compliance frameworks using Microsoft Purview. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, data, compliance, IT) to align data protection initiatives with business objectives. Evaluate Purview capabilities and recommend continuous improvements to data management practices. Provide subject-matter expertise and training to internal stakeholders on Purview features and best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Information Protection stack. Deep understanding of data governance, DLP, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, FINMA, etc.). Proven experience with DLP migration projects, preferably from Broadcom/Symantec to Purview. Expertise in data classification, policy management, and access control. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Microsoft certifications in data governance or security are an advantage.
