This role provides skilled tower climbers with the experience of a fast-paced, high-tech environment to work in.
This a hands-on role with excellent training provided, as well as exciting travel opportunities for work across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Climbing and maintaining microwave communication towers
• Working with AC/DC power systems
• Assisting with data center and networking operations (training provided)
• Collaborating with UK and Netherlands teams
• Traveling frequently and covering on-call duties bi-weekly (including weekends)

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience with microwave and millimeter-wave technology (3+ years)
• Tower climbing experience (or willingness to be trained)
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Valid driver's license & passport
• Ability to travel frequently across Europe
• Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team

Salary:

• EUR65,000 per annum + 8% rolled-in bonus
