Your role

In this role you will collaborate closely with the different stakeholders of JSS Investment Funds domiciled in Switzerland. You will be the single point of contact for the Fund Management Company and support the technical setup of the Investment Funds with the Bank. Additionally you will contribute to various projects and perform cash and position reconciliation tasks on a daily basis for Ex-Custody portfolios managed by BJSS Switzerland and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities
  • Act as client relationship manager for BJSS Funds and as first point of contact for operational questions and clarifications for the Fund Management Company
  • Act as key account manager for Life Insurance companies, i.e. support our front in onboarding new life insurance providers and maintain the B2B relationship, coordinate KYC, AML and regular contract reviews and amendments
  • Contribute to various Ex-Custody related change initiatives and projects and provide technical support to investment managers and institutional client departments
  • Investigate and clarify cash and position differences in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate the handling of regular due diligence questionnaires from the Fund Management Company as well as the invoicing of specific services provided by the Bank to JSS Investmentsfunds
  • Act as a first point of contact for the global custody desk of various external custodians for questions arising from the daily business and actively support the resolution of operational issues
  • Contribute to the various front support activities of the team
Your profile
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education
  • At least 7 years relevant work experience in the financial industry and a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Very good understanding of Ex-Custody/Global Custody business with a sound knowledge of operational aspects of different asset classes
  • High motivation, flexibility to work in a challenging and dynamic environment, and willingness to contribute in a team culture
  • Solution oriented and hands-on working attitude, combining reliability, accuracy, and pragmatism
  • Team player willing to take full ownership of his/her tasks
  • Very good command of English and German, good communication and presentation skills
