Your mission and your profile

We're looking for a creative Architect with 3-5 years of experience and a passion for hospitality design. You'll work on international projects -- from hotels to wellness and branded residences -- collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and bringing ideas to life using ArchiCAD, Rhino 3D, and Lumion. A flair for interior design is a big plus!

What to expect:

Contribute to shaping bold design ideas into thoughtful architectural concepts and presentations Transform visions into detailed drawings and construction documents that bring design to life Collaborate closely consultants, and interdisciplinary teams to craft cohesive and meaningful projects Explore innovative materials, construction techniques, and sustainable solutions that enhance design integrity Uphold the highest standards of design quality, ensuring every detail aligns with local codes and the project's architectural vision

Your profile:

Master's degree in Architecture. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience Proven experience in hospitality design projects preferably in collaboration with international operators Previous involvement in the coordination of multidisciplinary teams -- including architecture, MEP, structural, and fire safety -- is considered a valuable advantage A keen interest or background in interior design will be considered a strong asset Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Rhino 3D, and Lumion is highly preferred Excellent communication skills, fluent in English To ensure Swiss hiring regulations: EU/ EFTA nationality is mandatory (a residence permit is not enough)
