Support raw material related projects, including data collection, laboratory work, and documentation
Assist in coordinating, monitoring, and executing mineralogical analyses
Collect and document technical data; contribute to reports and presentations
Provide mineralogical expertise to other technical departments
Assist in the development and improvement of mineralogical test methods
Contribute to research, innovation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Master degree or Ph.D. in Mineralogy, Geology, or related Geoscience field; entry-level position
In depth knowledge of analytical methods (XRF, XRD, Microscopy)
Basic understanding of raw materials and mineral processing; willingness to learn Omya operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to follow procedures and document accurately
Good organizational and communication skills; proactive and collaborative mindset
Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage
Readiness to travel up to 20%
