dedicated and enthusiastic childcare specialist

Your Mission:
Support & Care:
Provide loving care and educational support to our little heroes, aged 3 months to 4 years.
Inspire Learning:
Implement our bilingual educational concept to foster early childhood learning and support the individual development of each child.
Lead with Heart:
Organise and lead your group with creativity, structure, and inspiration, turning everyday moments into magical learning experiences.
Partner with Parents:
Communicate openly and professionally with parents, guiding them with empathy and expertise regarding their child's development. Organise parent meetings and participate in events to build a strong community.

Your Superpowers:
You've completed training as an
EFZ childcare specialist
or hold an equivalent qualification.
You bring
experience
working with children and a passion for early education.
You have
excellent English skills
; German is a plus.
You're
creative, flexible, and a strong team player

You're excited about contributing to and shaping our
bilingual educational approach
