Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Operations Analyst to join our Mortgage Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of mortgage loans through to closing. This role requires in-depth knowledge of CH mortgage operations processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.



Responsibilities



Review and process approved mortgage loan applications (new and refinanced) through to closure.



Coordinate and communicate with client relationship managers, notaries, land registries and borrowers to collect the required documentation and close the mortgage.



Prepare offer letters and contractual documents (in German)



Review and explain terms to clients, before securing client signatures



Coordinate with Notaries to register mortgage liens and prepare for disbursement and property transfer



Disburse loan funds in accordance with contractual terms



Input/update data (e.g. interest and amortization schedules) in mortgage and client data platforms



Monitor for missed payments



Support client enquiries



Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal Service Level Agreements and policies



Maintain mortgage processing pipeline and track progress to ensure on-time closings.



Perform quality control checks to ensure mortgage data meets all internal and external stakeholders requirements



Provide regular status updates to borrowers and stakeholders.



Support any audit requests and post-closing reviews.



Eligibility Requirements



High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.



1 year of mortgage processing or related mortgage operations experience, here in Switzerland



Good knowledge of Swiss mortgage products (e.g. Fixed, SARON, etc)



Experience in mortgage processing systems.



Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.



Notary designation is a plus.



Valid Swiss work permit.



Languages



Fluent, German (spoken and written)



English and/or French an advantage
