About the venture

We support an experienced founder building a revolutionary preventive healthcare venture in Zurich. The core mission centers on introducing a new age of health management through state-of-the-art full-body MRI scans and AI-driven analysis. The essence is a consumer-centric journey, precise early disease detection, and personalized post-scan care through unique medical concierge service. By collaborating closely with medical experts, we\\\'re dedicated to democratizing accurate preventive care and empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being.

Your opportunity

We\\\'re excited to invite you to be a key player in launching a new venture. As Chief Operating Officer, you will be crucial in orchestrating the operational framework necessary to establish Europe\\\'s foremost provider of preventive MRI scans. In this role, you will spearhead the establishment of MRI clinics, implement seamless in-store processes, and ensure unmatched customer satisfaction.

Tasks

• Operational Mastery: Drive everything ops, from planning and opening our MRI clinics to ensuring their daily excellence, all aligned with the larger vision
• Customer Centricity: Craft and refine in-store experiences that genuinely embody exceptional customer satisfaction
• Stakeholder Synergy: Navigate the intricate landscape of regulations and partnerships, nurturing connections that form the foundation of operational teamwork
• Strategic Synchrony: Collaborate closely with the rest of the founding team to shape the overall strategy and own the operational strategy in line with our broader mission, driving holistic growth
• Motivational Driver: Propel cross-functional teams while also co-driving team expansion and MRI clinic staff recruitment

Requirements

• Proven track record in launching and scaling Startups, successful exit preferred
• 5+ years of practical experience in an operational leadership role (COO or VP of Operations). Operational profiles with expertise in other high-paced industries (e.g., management consulting) will also be considered
• 2+ years track record of effectively managing teams with >10 members
• Expertise in customer service and customer success
• Proficiency in global business expansion, including overseeing teams across diverse geographical locations, is a plus
• Fluent in German; Swiss-German is a plus
• In-person presence in Zurich is expected
