\\n As the premier supplier to our international banking client in Basel, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced MS Teams Specialist.

This is an initial contract running for 12 months with option to extend on a long term basis based on the project road maps, with start date latest in November.

Our client requires a hands-on MS Teams Specialist who can work across technical teams to assist in the successful roll out of MS Teams, as part of a strategic Cloud programme to roll out Microsoft 365.

The successful candidate will be required to not only lead the Teams roll out, but also to define the intended landscape and coordinate with and support the other business units that are involved and the core MS 365 team, to ensure the final service is optimized for performance and compliant with best practices and internal requirements.

Responsibilities will include:

• Understanding current collaboration landscape and developing a strategy for MS Teams rollout.
• Identifying right level of system, network, and policy configuration to ensure best user experience.
• Enabling hybrid meeting options, working with infrastructure and facility teams to ensure best digital meeting experience possible using MS Teams.
• Working with infrastructure team to understand Telephony or VoiP requirements and enabling those through MS Teams.
• Working with digital team to ensure right governance is setup in managing MS Teams channels.
• Developing processes for provisioning, decommissioning and updating MS Teams artefacts

The challenges are associated with content management, face-to-face virtual meetings, enabling hybrid meetings, providing chat functionality and integrating existing as well as new productivity tools within MS Teams.

As the ideal candidate you will be specialized on MS Teams skills and able to tackle various challenges associated with configuration, compatibility, and integration of MS Teams with existing software and hardware components.

Must have skills:

• Minimum four years of experience working with and sound knowledge of MS 365, MS Teams in particular.
• The candidate would have contributed to major digital workplace initiative and would have experience in rolling out modern collaboration technologies at large scale.
• Experience with service health monitoring; troubleshooting and resolving performance issues, for client apps, network and service.
• Experience in resolving security as well as network related aspects of MS Teams setup, for both desktop and mobile clients.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience of roll out and adoption strategies for a successful WebEx to MS Teams transition.
• Recommendation and definition of Purview / compliance policies for Teams.
• Teams client application roll out for desktop and mobile.
• Teams templates deployment and management.
• Teams meeting room systems.
• Cisco WebEx client and meeting room systems.

Please note, interviews would be conducted via video call, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland.
