We are looking for an experienced

Nanny-Governess

for a family based in

Horgen (ZH)

to care for and support the development of a three months old baby.

This is a live out position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, nurturing, and age-appropriate care for a young infant Support daily routines, including feeding (bottles), burping, changing, bathing, and settling Follow and respect parental preferences regarding routines, sleep, and care methods Accompany the baby and parents to appointments or outings when required Assist with preparing and organising baby essentials (bags, supplies, equipment) Support travel arrangements when requested, including preparing baby items for trips Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment in collaboration with household staff Communicate clearly with parents regarding the baby's needs, routines, and wellbeing
Candidate Profile & Requirements

Proven experience caring for

babies of a similar age

(infant experience essential) Strong understanding of early infant development and newborn routines Calm, reliable, and adaptable approach, suited to on-call work Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents Childcare certification or relevant training is an advantage but not mandatory Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, or short-notice requests Fluent in English Valid driving licence preferred Legal right to work in Switzerland (e.g. EU citizenship or valid work permit required)

Job Types: Part-time, 40-60%

Pay: CHF50.00 - CHF55.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
