Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply team and work in collaboration with the Purchasing and Sales Teams. You will organise and follow-up of inbound and outbound deliveries from the international factories and the European warehouse to our customers worldwide. Your focus on data and efficiency will also be used as a part of our continuing growth and constant research of improvements of our ERP and processes.



Tasks



Coordinate direct deliveries from factories to customers across all brands -- managing the entire process from internal transaction creation to the validation of export documents (e.g., packing lists, invoices, basic customs documentation), requesting freight quotations, and maintaining strong customer communication. Own the supply process for samples from demand collection to production follow-up and goods delivery to sales representatives. Gather, analyze, and synthesize data (e.g., purchase orders, sales orders, delivery methods) to determine delivery requirements, share relevant information with suppliers, and ensure timely follow-up on each deadline. Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain strong working relationships with our logistics partners and 3PLs. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor weekly performance and logistics efficiency through data analysis and reporting. Ensure regular maintenance and consistency check of master data related to the logistics activities Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal and IT processes Provide backup support for supply team members during absences, assisting with various supply chain tasks including inventory management and the organization of inbound/outbound shipments.

Requirements



Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics position, preferably within the consumer goods industry Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with BI reporting tools is a plus Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a strong advantage) Fluent in French & English (speaking & writing) Solid knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation, including customs processes, HS codes, and Incoterms Detail-oriented and precise, with a willingness to handle administrative tasks Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Self-motivated and autonomous, yet a collaborative team player Willing to offer flexible working hours during peak periods
