Job Description

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant responsible for managing and optimizing NetSuite ERP solutions to meet diverse client business objectives. This role will focus on the functional configuration, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite ERP solutions to align with client business processes. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into system configurations and providing guidance on best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement NetSuite customizations

, including custom fields, forms, records, SuiteScripts, workflows, and dashboards.

Conduct business process workshops

, performing gap analysis and creating functional/system design specifications to align NetSuite with client needs.

Manage full life?cycle NetSuite ERP implementations

, covering project planning, configuration, data migration, system testing, and go?live support.

Provide end-user training and documentation

, ensuring teams can effectively use NetSuite and adhere to best practices.

Collaborate with cross?functional teams and stakeholders

to recommend process improvements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks

, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Develop and maintain documentation

related to ERP implementations.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance

for implemented ERP solutions.

Stay up-to-date

with the latest developments in ERP technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of NetSuite consulting experience

, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.

Experience leading full?cycle NetSuite ERP implementations

and managing change?management activities.

NetSuite certification

(SuiteFoundation, Certified ERP Consultant, or equivalent) preferred.

Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards

and SuiteBilling modules preferred.

Technical Skills

In?depth knowledge of NetSuite modules
