Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth operations during the night shift Provide professional service and personal support to international guests overnight Complete and prepare the daily financial closing Review and process F&B accounts, correcting where necessary Prepare all required reports and statistics for the accounting department Check and correct guest invoices where needed Carry out regular security rounds throughout the property Manage and oversee all night shift duties Handle guest complaints in a professional manner Prepare the front desk for the following day
Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in the Front Office, ideally as a Night Auditor in luxury hospitality Excellent English skills (spoken and written); additional languages, particularly

German, Russian, Italian, or French

, are an advantage Familiarity with hotel software such as

Protel or Protel Air

is desirable Strong organisational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach Team player with a positive attitude, proactive support for colleagues Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, with readiness to work late evenings and nights
