As

NMR Application Scientist

(m/f/d)

you support customers and employees of Bruker BioSpin in applications-related questions and tasks in the field of NMR spectroscopy. This includes spectrometer demonstrations, customer courses, application related customer installations and support of customers. You will also support R&D projects within Bruker BioSpin.
Responsibilities:
Conduct instrument demonstrations. Deliver customer and employee training and support sessions in-house, on-site, and online. Support R&D projects, particularly in the area of dissolution-DNP. Develop new methods and work-flows for NMR spectrometers (e.g., implementing pulse sequences from the literature). Maintain the demo laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance. Offer in-house consulting services for R&D, Sales, PM, and Service teams. Contribute to the creation of manuals, marketing materials, and other documentation. Participate in trade shows and conferences. Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and webinars.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in the field of NMR spectroscopy, Experience in NMR spectrometer operation Fluency in English language required (min. C1 Level); German-speaking skills strongly desired Self-reliant and motivated to walk the extra mile for our customers Outgoing and good at building relationship through inspiring trust and confidence A professional image and a very high standard of personal presentation The ability to contribute to a team effort, yet to accept responsibility for an individual role * Excellent communication skills and demonstrated intercultural competence
