Your Responsibilities

Manage complex customer projects in the area of New Product Introduction (NPI) from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards Provide customer support and consultation throughout the entire project lifecycle, including regular progress updates and proactive problem-solving Develop and implement detailed project plans, including milestone planning, resource management, and risk assessment in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate proposal preparation in collaboration with the sales team and plan and execute project kick-offs in cooperation with the production team Lead and coordinate the project team, ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure project objectives and requirements are clearly understood and met Report on project progress regarding timelines, cost adherence, and supply chain readiness

Your Profile

Completed technical education (e.g., Polymechanic) with further training as a Technician HF or a comparable background Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally within the medical technology or other quality-regulated sectors Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams Excellent analytical thinking and a solution-oriented, hands-on approach Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for working with internal and external stakeholders Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
