As the Office Manager, your mission is to create a welcoming, organized, and efficiently run environment that supports the entire organization. We're looking for someone who can take on the following responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls.
Provide general administrative support across the organization.
Ensure the smooth running of all office operations, including:
+ Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
+ Maintaining office supplies and equipment
+ Keeping common areas--especially the kitchen--tidy, organized, and fully stocked Assist with tasks outside the usual scope when needed to support the team.

Your profile
We're looking for an energetic, highly organized professional to join us in a part-time role--ideally five mornings a week. This schedule makes the position an excellent fit for someone returning to the workforce, such as a parent seeking flexible, predictable hours while contributing meaningfully to a growing team.
In this role, you'll be the friendly, reliable presence that greets visitors, supports daily office needs, and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You take pride in creating an efficient, welcoming environment and naturally bring order and calm even when the office gets busy.
You're a self-starter who knows how to prioritize, take initiative, and get things done. Flexibility is one of your strengths--you're happy to step in wherever needed and support the team beyond your core responsibilities. You think ahead, communicate clearly, and work well with colleagues, suppliers, and occasional callers. Fluency in English and German is required, and any additional languages are a plus.

Conditions
The position is 50%-80%, five mornings a week with the potential to work more

The workplace is located at our headquarters in Stettbach near Zurich, Switzerland
