We're looking for an

Onboarding Leader & Success Account Manager

to join our international expansion team and play a key role in ensuring our clients unlock the full potential of Humand. You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll have direct influence on our customer experience, growth strategy, and global presence.

Main Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients across APAC. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders Conduct platform training sessions and business process alignment workshops Create tailored onboarding roadmaps aligned to each client's goals Track engagement metrics and proactively address adoption gaps Act as the voice of the customer with Product and Engineering teams Support renewals and expansions through strategic account planning Deliver impactful QBRs and identify growth opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer journey Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding and success processes

What We Value

5+ years in customer success, onboarding, or account management in a SaaS or tech environment. Background in HR tech, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software Strong virtual facilitation skills (workshops, training, presentations) Excellent project management and organizational skills Empathetic communicator and strategic problem solver Fluent in English Comfortable working across time zones and remote teams Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or analytics platforms Experience working with clients in Asia (a plus!) Bonus: Interest or experience in Python or SQL - we're a data-driven team!
