About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Specialist (L2) to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations at our customer's office. This is a two-month backup assignment requiring independence and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for workstation environments.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues.
- Support standard operating systems and common office applications.
- Perform PDA configuration and support.
- Assist with TCP/IP network-related issues in workstation environments.
- Work independently on-site and provide guidance to other technicians when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of workstation environments:
- Standard hardware and operating systems.
- Common office applications (certifications are a plus).
- Experience with hardware repairs and PDA devices.
- Intermediate understanding of TCP/IP networking.
- Strong communication skills in native German and English (third language is a plus).
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Technical associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 2?3 years of relevant experience in IT support.
