OpenEdge Engineer
Description de la mission
- Collaborate with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
- Integrate software components and third-party programs.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback and recommend and execute improvements.
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Verify and deploy programs and systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Support business processes and respond to tickets.
- Develop and maintain exploitation scripts on the Linux platform.
- Monitor and administer databases.
- Manage schedulers and job automation.
- Bachelor\\\'s degree in computer science, preferably with 5 to 10 years of development experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Progress OpenEdge database and programming language.
- Proven experience in roles such as Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar.
- Proficiency in IT with expertise in new technologies and development skills in various environments (OOP, Low Code, and L4G).
- Familiarity with Linux scripting, WinDev, and WebDev is a valuable asset.
- Effective communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships and facilitate workshops
