Our success is built on fast execution, high-performing landing pages, and direct response marketing. We are currently seeking an Operations Manager with experience in health/supplements brands to manage operations, product development, supply chain, and Amazon sales. The role requires 30-40 hours per week, proficiency in English, and is suitable for mid to senior-level candidates. This is a freelancer position with a retainer-based payment structure, offering a salary range of $6,000 to $10,000 per month. These are not the exact job specifics; the criteria can be negotiated upon directly with the client in the interview.



Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient supply chain management.


Lead product development initiatives and manage product life cycles.


Coordinate with Amazon for sales and inventory management.


Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.


Qualifications



Must Haves:



Proven experience in operations management within the health/supplements industry.


Strong understanding of supply chain and product development processes.


Experience with Amazon sales and inventory management.


Excellent communication skills in English.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
