For our pharmaceutical client based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for an Operator Reagents Operations (m/f/d).
Background:
Roche Diagnostics Sensor & Cartridge (S&C) Operations Rotkreuz comprises experts in the production and testing of electrochemical electrodes, thick-film sensor cartridges, and calibration and cleaning fluids for blood gas analysis devices. Roche's blood gas and electrolyte (BG&E) systems are groundbreaking diagnostic systems that deliver rapid and reliable results crucial to patient well-being. They are used in intensive care units, emergency rooms, neonatal units, and operating theaters. Fluid Pack Assembly produces up to 80,000 cartridges annually, containing various buffer and calibration solutions. The production team consists of approximately 25 people, including two shift supervisors and two team leaders. As an Operator in Reagents Operations, you will be responsible for assembling and testing the fluid packs on semi-automated equipment.
The ideal candidate
has completed vocational training, possesses excellent German skills (at least B2 level), and demonstrates a quick grasp of concepts and a precise, reliable work ethic. They are motivated, communicative, a team player, and service-oriented, with a genuine interest in the entire production chain from start to finish. GxP and production experience are additional advantages.
Main tasks and areas of responsibility:
Independent operation, monitoring and maintenance of the production facilities
Timely and high-quality assembly of components and cobas b123 Fluid Pack Cartridges Working in 2 shifts Support with cleaning, troubleshooting and maintenance work
All listed activities must be carried out in compliance with GMP, quality and hygiene regulations as well as occupational safety guidelines.
Support with inventory, scrapping, bookings and incoming goods inspections
Assumption of assigned additional tasks in production by shift supervisors and team leaders Continuous optimization of workflows to increase quality and efficiency
Must Haves:
Completed vocational training
German language skills at least B2 level
