We are looking for a Global Value & Access Manager with expertise in Market Access, Pricing, and HEOR , strong communication skills , and a global mindset to join our team and work on development pipeline products.



Global Value and Access Manager



Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:



Contribute to key cross-functional strategic deliverables (e.g. Integrated Development Plans) for early and late pipeline assets, by developing and delivering an integrated Value & Access strategy. This will be based on a good understanding of the science and disease, patient needs, and the evolving payer landscape and evidence requirements.

Contribute to the development of pricing and market access assessments to understand payer perspective and key implications across geographies and indications.

Provide early input into clinical development programs to ensure the right evidence is collected to demonstrate the value of our product and support Market Access decisions.

Optimize TPP development, with clearly differentiated competitive advantage and value proposition to optimize future reimbursement and access of products across the portfolio.

Leverage Access analytics and strong financial acumen to evaluate impact of pricing scenarios on pipeline product forecasts.

Collaborate with Market Intelligence and Early Commercial teams to build early-stage assessment of new business opportunity.

Conduct patient centred outcomes research strategy for specific products (incl. COA selection, burden of illness studies and utility data generation).

Maintain the relationship with external vendors to ensure that performance and deliverables meet business expectations.

Contribute to build the reputation of the Value & Access team by understanding and embracing new research methodologies as well as being able to effectively communicate their associated benefits and risks to the wider business.

Requirements

PhD, MSc in Health Economics, Economics, Health Policy, or equivalent combination of education and experience in Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement.

2-4+ years prior experience in HEOR in the biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry and/or consultancy, notably in the field of oncology and oncology diagnostics.

Good working knowledge of both US and ex-US healthcare systems required, and good understanding of the HTA processes at a Global level.

Experience in early pipeline is highly desirable; US project experience is a plus.

Good understanding and experience of health economic modelling and outcomes research studies, preferably previous hands-on experience.

A good working knowledge of patient centred outcomes.

In-depth knowledge of the drug development and commercialization process.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of effectiveness as a team player; excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.

Global mindset and ability to work with multicultural teams.

Flexibility and adaptability to internal and external change.

Fluent in English spoken and written (C1) , good knowledge of French is a plus.
