Position Summary
We are looking for a Packaging Artwork Project Intern to join our Text & Design team at NHSc
Headquarters in Lausanne. In this role you will support the team with the approval process of newly
created/updated packaging artworks. You will be setting the ground for best in class labelling
management, working in close collaboration with global, local NHSc stakeholders and external partners.

A day in the life of a Packaging Artwork Project Intern
Create administrative data and prepare artwork change projects in the system for the Text & Design project coordinators
Update English Master Label to reflect artwork changes
Order Computer Generated Images (CGI) development following catalogue and check deliverables from CGI agency
Manage simple artwork maintenance projects
Maintain relevant label libraries
Participate and contribute actively in various tasks required of the team (weekly meetings, updating of Global processes and tools, team building and trainings, partaking and presenting in internal workshops)
What will make you successful
Recently graduated in Marketing, Administration, Business Management or related degree o Interest in Labelling & Artwork
Printing / packaging experience would be a plus
Analytical & project management skills
Rigorous, customer-oriented and willingness to provide support
Curious and proactive mindset and open minded
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Tools, especially in Excel
Proficiency in English, French a plus; any other language would be considered an asset
