Our Opportunity :
Within the Perfume business unit based in Neuchatel and in order to strengthen our Packaging Development Department, we are recruiting a :
Packaging Development Associate Manager Perfume
Reporting to our Packaging Development Manager, you ensure the execution of new packaging development on key projects, considering both sustainability and environmental objectives. You will be responsible for :

• Work closely with marketing design teams on the creation of perfume packaging
• Carry out feasibility studies for design, scheduling, risk, cost and margin calculations
• As a key contact for our suppliers: inform the best partners according to our needs
• Ensure the technical development of components (fine-tuning and packaging) and coordinate industrialization with Quality, Operations and suppliers
• Guarantee technical compliance with quality, sustainability, corporate social responsibility and regulatory compliance requirements, and propose improvements in all processes
• Contribute actively to the deployment of the objectives of the BVLGARI House and the LVMH Group, by constructing reports or developing tools to monitor and respect Dev Pack budgets
• Thanks to your interpersonal skills, innovation, proactivity and creativity: actively contribute to value analysis and cost optimization
• Participate in competitive analysis and benchmarking

Your Background :
You hold a degree in Packaging or Materials Science and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a packaging production or development environment within the Perfumes or Cosmetics industry. Some knowledge of production processes, techniques, packaging (glass; plastic; metal; box or textile) is an asset. You have excellent skills in Projects Management and good knowledge of MS Office and SAP. You are fluent in French and English, Italian being an advantage.
You have an analytical mind, and you can solve problems with effective solutions. Rigorous, you are action and result oriented and are able to multitask effectively. Your communication and negotiation skills ensure excellent relationships with your team and suppliers. Thanks to your team spirit, you easily gain trust and support from peers and encourage collaboration. Reliable and organized, you make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.
Finally, your entrepreneurial and curious mind-set enables you to bring broad knowledge and perspective.
