About the Role

In this internship, you'll dive into strategic initiatives that drive innovation and collaboration in the reinsurance industry. You'll gain hands-on experience with data handling, reporting, and strategic concept development while exploring cutting-edge topics like Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic thinking

- Contribute to concept development for partnership & advisors initiatives

Trend analysis

- Explore emerging topics including Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation

Reporting and visualization

- Create compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Scenario development

- Support the creation of strategic showcases and presentations

Data management

- Handle, clean, merge, and structure data using SharePoint Lists

About You

You're a curious, self-motivated individual who combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. You enjoy structured work but can also take initiative and manage your time effectively. You're excited about emerging technologies and eager to contribute to real-world projects in a supportive team environment.



We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, economics, data science, or a related field Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creation Fluent in English (oral and written) Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong self-organization skills Analytical mindset combined with conceptual thinking capabilities

These are additional nice to haves:

Familiarity with SharePoint Lists and structured data management Experience with Power Platform (Power Bi, Power Apps, Power Automate) Additional language skills beyond English Interest in or knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and digital innovation
