Your role




We are looking for a Compliance Officer for PB Switzerland in Zurich. Your responsibilities will include:



Conducting risk assessments in collaboration with the business and other compliance units regarding money laundering aspects as well as regulatory and reputational risks Preparing and submitting money laundering reports to the Money Laundering Reporting Office Switzerland (MROS).

Ensuring compliance with current legal and regulatory standards

Participating in strategic compliance growth projects. Developing strategies to improve work processes Supporting and advising client advisors and their line managers Participating in training sessions for employees on compliance topics

Your team




You will work in a motivated team of BAC Specialists in Zurich. Our team supports PB clients who are booked in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Your expertise




For this demanding role, we are looking for someone with:



At least three years of experience in an internal compliance function or other practical experience in the field of economic crime or investigative experience in a law or auditing firm, a banking supervisory authority, or a public prosecutor's office with a focus on money laundering Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English A master's degree in law, economics, or business administration with a focus on finance Excellent skills in summarizing facts and legal conclusions in the field of financial crime Analytical, precise, and structured, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively to complete the most important ones Capable of making decisions based on the points developed and communicating conclusions appropriately to the target audience Contributes positively to the team, supports the team, and strives to create added value for the team
