Data is at the core of SCOR strategic plan Forward 2026 as one of its four enablers. As part of this ambition, the Data Foundation team plays a key role.



The Data Foundation team shapes the roadmap of a governed and trusted Data Platform, as a 'Single Version of Truth' across SCOR, sets its iterative objectives and is accountable for the delivery of this roadmap in a multi-year journey. The team works as a 'Product Owner' of the Data Foundation and acts as a liaison between the Analytics & AI teams and the Platform team in IT that operate the platform infrastructure stack and drive the data engineering.



As we are progressing on the journey of the Data Foundation, we are looking for a skilled Data professional to join our team as a Data Product Owner. As Lead for the Property & Casualty insurance domain, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, business-aligned data products - Analytics Data Models (ADMs) - that serve as a trusted digital twin of SCOR's operations. You will act as the Product Owner for the P&C ADM squad, working closely with Tech Lead, Data Engineers, and Data Modelers to shape and deliver data products that meet the needs of analytics and business stakeholders.



The P&C ADM Lead is a professional who needs to be:


Proven experience as a Product Owner,

Data Product Manager, or similar role in a data-driven environment.

Strong understanding of P&C

insurance or reinsurance business processes and data.

Experience working with modern data platforms

(e.g., Databricks, Palantir Foundry) and data modeling concepts.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

skills.

Familiarity with agile delivery practices

and cross-functional team leadership.

Own the ADM roadmap for the P&C domain, aligning with business priorities and the broader data strategy Collaborate with stakeholders during planning and along with the execution of the roadmap Collaborate with Tech teams to define the structure, logic, and standards of the ADM, ensuring it reflects business reality and supports analytics use cases Engage with stakeholders from Analytics & AI, Underwriting, Claims, and other business units to gather requirements and validate deliverables Onboard data stewards to the ADM in line with the data strategy goals Oversee delivery of the ADM squad, ensuring timely, high-quality releases that adhere to SCOR's data architecture and governance standards Promote reuse and self-service, enabling other teams to build on top of the ADM through clear documentation, training, and support Ensure traceability and transparency of business logic, data lineage, and transformations from source to ADM Cooperate with other ADM leads to create a working dependency planning and execution of user stories to feed analytical products

Experience of acting as a (Data) Product Manager in a data-centric environment. Proven ability to define and deliver data products that meet business needs. Solid understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes, terminology, and data (e.g., policies, claims, exposures). Familiarity with modern data platforms like Databricks, Palantir Foundry, or similar. Understanding data modeling concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling, normalized vs. wide tables). Experience working with data engineers and data modelers to shape data pipelines and structures. Experience working in agile environments, ideally in a Scrum or Scaled Agile setup. Ability to lead cross-functional squads and coordinate with tech leads and stakeholders. Strong communication skills to translate business needs into data requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a flair for root-cause analysis Excellent organizational skills, systematic thinking and objective-driven mindset Strong dedication to quality and 'client' orientation. Proficiency in English, French is a plus Willingness to travel Natural talent to motivate employees and create a stimulating and inclusive environment Degree in a technical discipline (software engineering, engineering, mathematics, physics) or management with relevant technical expertise.
