You will assist Global People & Culture (P&C) Business Partners and Center of Expertise (CoE) Specialists in activities related to Talent & Culture, the deployment of global initiatives, tools & processes that support O-I\\xe2\\x80\\x99s strategy and contribute to business performance.

• Currently enrolled in a Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Program of Work and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or other relevant business administration related studies\\n
• Proactive character, good communication and interpersonal skills\\n
• Data management and analytical skills\\n
• Team player who is highly collaborative in a diverse team, participative, autonomous with strong sense of responsibility\\n
• Highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude\\n
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Excel\\n
• Knowledge of Learning and Development is an asset\\n
• Proficiency in English, any other European language is a plus\\n
