We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate to join our HR team. As a Graduate in HR, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while developing a strong foundation in core HR practices. We offer a 2-year program which is divided into 3 rotations of 8 months each, allowing you to see different areas and a high variety of roles in our People unit.

YOUR CHALLENGE:
1st Rotation: Talent & Performance ManagementSupport the rollout and continuous improvement of performance management processes using digital tools and data-driven insights
Contribute to identifying, structuring, and developing skills to build future-ready capabilities across the business
Work with talent, performance, and skills data to create insights for decision-making and leadership discussions
Support the activation and evolution of the Employer Value Proposition through talent initiatives and cross-channel storytelling
2nd Rotation: Reward & BenefitsSupport key reward processes (salary review, equal pay certification, benchmarking, job architecture/leveling) by ensuring data accuracy, structure, and a curious, analytical approach
Provide project support for reward initiatives such as employee share plans, employee experience improvements, and Workday process enhancements
Analyze reward and benefits data and translate insights into clear, actionable messages for HR and business stakeholders
Contribute to developing and communicating benefits offerings to enhance transparency and improve the overall employee experience
3rd Rotation: Learning & Organizational DevelopmentSupport the design and delivery of learning and leadership development initiatives across all levels
Gain exposure to organizational development initiatives such as organizational design, ways of working, and team effectiveness, supporting leaders and teams through change
Across all areas, this includes supporting the development of concepts, plans, materials and integrated change management activities, including communications and insights
YOUR SKILLS:Education: Master's degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Analytical mindset: Strong interest in data analysis and a tech-savvy approach to problem-solving
Conceptual skills: Ability to develop people and learning initiatives that align with clear goals and resonate with target audiences, combining creative and strategic thinking
Communication skills: Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to different audiences
Proactive & collaborative attitude: Strong willingness to learn, take ownership, and work across teams in a dynamic environment
Passion for people development: Genuine interest in supporting employee growth and organizational success
Languages: Fluent in English and German
