Job Description

We are looking for a Personal and Office Assistant for our Real Estate and Property Management company based in Seengen (AG). Business is expanding and we need some administrative support managing customer requests, vendor orders, appointment coordination, calls, interviews and all sorts of daily activities. You would work closely with the founders of the Company, helping to manage extremely busy calendars and conflicting priorities.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

Must Haves



Great organizational skills: this is extremely important as you would help manage multiple calendars, multiple email inboxes, multiple communication channels in a way that makes sense and helps optimize processes. Independence: you will often be given a goal, and it will be up to you to find out the best way to reach that goal. If you do not like this freedom and instead prefer to be given exact instructions, this might not be the position for you. Language skills: Swiss German and English are required. Some familiarity with technology: you do not need to be a computer scientist, but we are almost fully digital and therefore expect you to be familiar with computers, mobile devices, Office documents, social media, scanning and archiving documents, just to mention a few. Let's just say: if your way of taking screenshots is by taking a photo of the computer screen with your phone, you might really really struggle in this position.

Nice To Haves



Living in or around Seengen, Kanton Aargau, in case some errands require stopping by our office. Italian language would be a great bonus for our Italian-speaking clients, otherwise do not stress too much about it. You have an understanding of what type of content works best for each social media platform. You have an interest in real estate and/or property management.
