As a Pharmacometrics Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing modelling and simulation strategies for Oncology and Antibiotics projects. Leveraging state-of-the-art PK and PK/PD methodologies, you will guide and oversee pharmacometrics activities to accelerate the development of groundbreaking medicines.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement innovative quantitative methods for analysing non-clinical and clinical data.
  • Develop PK/PD modelling and simulation strategies to support drug development across various phases.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Pharmacology and other relevant functions to optimise study design and dose selection.
  • Manage pharmacometrics activities in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare documentation to support regulatory interactions.
  • Contribute to scientific communications and events.
  • Participate in In & Out licensing activities as part of the organisation\\\'s model.
Qualifications:
  • PhD or equivalent degree in pharmaceutical sciences, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or similar disciplines.
  • Expertise in pharmacometrics, population PK and PK/PD modelling, exposure-response analysis, and clinical trial simulation.
  • Strong programming skills (R, Python, etc.) and experience with modelling software (NONMEM, Monolix).
  • In-depth understanding of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, preclinical, and clinical development.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmacometrics within Translational R&D, with oncology and/or antibiotics experience as a plus.
  • Knowledge of GCP, GCLP, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills in English (oral and written); French is an asset.
