Role Overview:
As a Pharmacometrics Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing modelling and simulation strategies for projects in Oncology and Antibiotics. Leveraging state-of-the-art PK and PK/PD methodologies, you will lead, manage, and supervise pharmacometrics activities to support and accelerate the development of our innovative medicines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement innovative quantitative methods to analyse non-clinical and clinical data, modelling pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, biomarkers, and clinical outcomes data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study design, dose selection, and optimisation for small and large molecules under development.
  • Oversee pharmacometrics activities for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare pharmacometrics documentation to support regulatory submissions and cross-functional activities.
  • Contribute to scientific communications and events.
Your Profile:
  • PhD or equivalent degree in pharmaceutical sciences, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related disciplines with expertise in pharmacometrics.
  • Strong programming skills (R, Python, etc.) and hands-on experience in Population PK/PD modelling software (NONMEM, Monolix); knowledge of PBPK modelling software is an asset.
  • In-depth understanding of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, preclinical, and clinical development.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmacometrics within Translational R&D and early clinical phases, with experience in oncology and/or antibiotics as a plus.
  • Knowledge of GCP, GCLP, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent presentation and communication skills in English; French is a plus.
