We are looking for: Pharmacovigilance Coordinator - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/01/2024

Responsibilities:

• Management of pharmacovigilance cases
• Participation to the implementation of risk minimization measures
• Reconciliation with partners
• Redaction and update of SDEA (Safety Data Exchange Agreement) with local partners
• Preparation and presentation of trainings for Sanofi personal
• PSUR (Periodic Safety Update Reports) planification and submission (preparation of documents, eCTD submission - electronic common technical document)
• Preparation, monitoring and implementation of a CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plan
• Local Pharmacovigilance System Master File update
• Health Authorities Inspection follow-up
• Audit preparation
• SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) redaction

Requirements:

• Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Degree in Pharmacy or a similar field
• Previous experience in pharma industry and Pharmacovigilance would be a plus, but is not mandatory
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in French and English
• Knowledge of German or Italian would only be an asset
• Good attention to details
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Team player
• Able to work with different stakeholders on different seniorities
