Job Description

Our Swiss-based client is a diversified energy brokerage across both physical products covering the Oil, Products, Petrochemical and Biofuels sectors with over two decades of presence in the market. The firm has tailor made solutions and innovative approach to a competitive market with a large portfolio of clients globally with offices located in Europe and The Americas.
Our client is looking to add an experienced broker with experience broking Physical oil Products, Petrochemicals or Renewable fuels to be located in the Swiss office.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and Broker deals within physical Oil Products (Light Ends, Naphtha, Refined products, Fuel Oil, Gas Oil, Gasoline, NGL's, LPG, Biodiesel, Renewables)
• Maintain strong relationships with European Trade Houses, Producers, Refineries, Traders and operators within the Oil products and Biofuels sector.
• Provide Daily market reports and insights to clients, traders and market participants within the oil sector.
• Actively grow the company's market share within the Physical energy Sector across Europe, Asia and Americas.
• Promote and cross-sell products of the firm across physical brokerage including analysis and trading platform products.

Requirements:

• 5 + years' experience broking Oil Products or Renewables (Light Ends, Naphtha, Refined products, Fuel Oil, Gas Oil, Gasoline, NGL's, LPG, Biodiesel, Renewables)
• Previous experience within an International brokerage covering Physical / Derivative markets understanding product flow.
• Excellent knowledge of International Oil markets with ability to produce market reports and Analysis.
• Fluent in English (other European languages beneficial)
• A seasoned business developer with ability to build profitable book of business within the Global Oil and Renewables markets.
