Role Profile
Unispace is hiring a Pitch Designer to be the creative and strategic force behind winning major workplace interiors projects across the DACH market. This is a high-stakes, client-facing role where concept design, storytelling, and commercial thinking come together to secure landmark corporate projects. You will lead the design vision at pitch and tender stage, creating compelling workplace concepts, presenting confidently to C-level clients, and converting opportunity into signed work. This is a high-visibility, profit-focused role with real influence on studio performance and growth.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Own the pitch process from concept through to client presentation and appointment
• Create bold, commercially intelligent workplace design concepts that win work
• Lead and present design narratives to senior client stakeholders and decision-makers
• Partner closely with Business Development, Strategy, and Construction teams to deliver cohesive, competitive bids
• Set the creative direction for pitches while ensuring feasibility, cost awareness, and programme alignment
• Champion design quality, innovation, and the Unispace methodology across pursuits
• Oversee detailed design input and ensure compliance with local regulations and codes
• Contribute to the evolution of Unispace's design thinking and creative identity in the region

About You:
You are a confident design leader who thrives in front of clients and under pressure.

• 15+ years' experience in workplace / corporate interiors
• A proven track record of leading pitches, tenders, and concept design for major clients
• Expert-level Revit capability (mandatory)
• Fluency in English and German (essential for the DACH market)
• Strong technical understanding alongside exceptional conceptual and presentation skills
• Confidence presenting to and influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments
• Strong organisation and commercial awareness
