Your key responsibilities
  • Designing treatment concept: Conceptualize a cost-efficient, safe, and reliable process design for Oxyle\\xe2\\x80\\x99s novel water treatment systems and pilot plants.
  • Design of treatment systems: Create and continuously optimize CAD models and P&ID\\xe2\\x80\\x99s of Oxyle\\xe2\\x80\\x99s novel water treatment systems and pilot plants.
  • Overseeing construction: Organize and support production of our treatment units for timely delivery with high quality standards.
  • Functionality testing: Set-up factory acceptance tests, run in-house functionality tests, and develop on-site testing protocols to ensure performance metrics are met.
  • Installation, monitoring, and maintenance of treatment systems: Organize on-site installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting for our treatment systems while optimizing operational performance.
  • Safety and environmental compliance: Maintain strong safety and environmental compliance focus during design and construction phase of the equipment.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth running of customer projects in a timely fashion.
Requirements

What you need to bring to the role
  • BSc or MSc (University or Polytechnic) in process or industrial engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant construction industry.
  • Previous experience with water treatment systems or piping systems preferred.
  • Experience with CAD (Inventor preferred) and any P&ID design Software.
  • Familiarity with classical and modern project management approaches.
  • Pragmatic and hands-on experience.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
